We believe that this responsibility is not a burden, but something that is assumed because of a sense of connection and empowerment. Individual, group and global responsibility is developed by encouraging compassion that makes a person want to alleviate the suffering of others. Communities of learning is relatively new in the fall a different way of conceiving the learning. These communities mean a profound change in schools, institutions and organizations in general because they performed a continuum of comprehensive learning to develop all their potential (develops continuously professional, human potentialities in order to develop a culture of knowledge, where all are involved in this process, parents, students and teachers). In learning communities, learning is not confined to the classroom or the school itself, this phenomenon in a manner more open, we are learning in the classroom, on the street, in the House in any place that is suitable for that, because knowledge is not exclusive of the classroom, nor the teacher is the one person able to transmit it. Spiritual intelligence is the superior intelligence of human beings, the faculty with which we face successfully the problems of meaning and direction in our lives.
It is the ability to overcome the suffering, face the conflict, dilemmas and give them a comprehensive response. It is the will of lighting, that leads us to the transpersonal flat, to the spiritual plane. It is the only one that allows us to have capacity to act ethically. It is the only one that makes us honest, why is the center of all true education; an education that does not promote the spiritual intelligence is a simulation, a work on the surface, which will not achieve significant changes. Spiritual enlightenment is to have love within our hearts.
In conclusion the model of holistic education was created by Dr. Ramon Gallegos Nava. Full start of the 21st century, many of our institutions and professions are entering a period of profound change.
